Shooting Incident at Sheas Fork Leaves One Wounded, Suspect at Large
A shooting incident at Sheas Fork this afternoon has left one man hospitalized and another reporting injuries, with the suspected shooter still on the loose.
According to authorities, a man called 9-1-1 to report he had been shot. Police are currently searching the area for this individual. Meanwhile, another man was transported to Whitesburg ARH with a confirmed gunshot wound. His condition is not yet known.
Law enforcement officials believe a third man, still at large, is responsible for the shooting. The circumstances leading to the violence and the relationships between those involved remain under investigation as police work to locate the suspect.
